I am telling them i cant ss my bank invoice bcs i dont have mail from them and if i screen shot on my phone app its just becomes black and they just ban me
1. You don't got payment proof from your Bank 2. You don't got payment proof from your E-Mail 3. You don't got payment proof of any transactions. The only thing you had was the Invoice. The Invoice isn't enough to verify that YOU are the person who bought it.
